Listings, links, and demonstrations may describe products made by others. Pemp Labs does not control those services and does not guarantee their availability, safety, compatibility, or accuracy. Review their terms and privacy practices before using them.
Content and intellectual property
Pemp Labs branding and original site content remain protected by applicable law. Names, trademarks, media, and apps belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Inclusion in the catalog does not imply endorsement or transfer of ownership.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Pemp Labs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the catalog or third-party services.
