How Pemp Labs handles information across its public catalog and owner-operated publishing tools.

Information we handle
The public catalog may receive basic request information, anonymous session identifiers, app-page views, install events, and votes. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send.
Social platform connections
Pemp Labs uses owner-authorized Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube connections only to verify the destination account and publish owner-approved media. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are never exposed in the public catalog.
How information is used
We use information to operate and secure the catalog, record basic engagement, troubleshoot problems, and publish content that the operator has explicitly reviewed. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising trackers.
Service providers and links
Hosting, database, object-storage, and social platform providers process limited information on our behalf. Catalog listings can link to independent apps and platforms whose privacy practices are their own.
Retention, security, and choices
We retain operational data only as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and security. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. You may request access, correction, or deletion through our Data Deletion page.
