Data Deletion
How to request deletion of information associated with Pemp Labs.

Public catalog visitors
Pemp Labs does not provide public user accounts. If you believe we hold information that identifies you, send a deletion request to pemplabs@gmail.com. Include “Data deletion request” in the subject and enough detail to locate the relevant information. Do not send passwords or government identification unless we specifically request it through a secure channel.
Social platform authorization
The Pemp Labs operator can disconnect each social account from the private Social Connections page. Disconnecting revokes provider access where supported and erases stored OAuth credentials. Access can also be revoked directly from the connected platform’s security or app settings.
What happens next
We may ask for reasonable verification, then delete or anonymize data that we are not required to retain. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will explain if legal, fraud-prevention, or security obligations require limited retention.
